Adam is a Litigation Lawyer who is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and diplomas in law and arts from the University of Melbourne and the College of Law.
Adam is an experienced litigator and commercial lawyer, having previously worked in an insurance litigation firm and a boutique commercial law practice.
Adam frequently appears and instructs in the:
- Supreme Court of Victoria;
- County Court of Victoria;
- Magistrates’ Court of Victoria;
- Federal Court of Australia;
- Federal Circuit Court of Australia; and
- Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
He is also adept at negotiating out-of-court settlements, including through alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation.
Adam’s interests span all areas of litigation, and his practice includes insolvency, debts, consumer law, intellectual property, employment law, personal injury, contractual, property and civil disputes.
