Bankruptcy Proceedings against the Daily Planet’s John Trimble
Our Litigation Lawyer Adam Lopez joined the firm shortly after the Lennon-Mazzeo partnership split in 2017. Since then, his practice has included complex civil and commercial litigation for which he has appeared in State and Federal Courts both for and against high-net-worth individuals and high-profile companies.
Most recently, our Mr Lopez appeared in the Brisbane Federal Circuit Court in relation to bankruptcy proceedings which were instituted by Lennon Mazzeo against John Trimble (the erstwhile owner of Australia’s most famous brothel, the Daily Planet, which was once publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange).
